Past Performance
- Built customized programs and curriculum to train leaders to be more intentional in planning innovation, and using proven practices to align strategy, manage change, and realize true organizational transformation.
- Provide direct management and oversight for a portfolio of 12 projects that provide intensive capacity-building services (addressing policy, human capital, organizational and resource capacities) in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina as part of the Department of Education’s technical assistance to state education agencies.
- Provide technical assistance for grant management and grantees’ support including data analysis and program evaluations.
- Managed the design, development, and implementation of multiple collaborative, communities of practice models utilizing human centered design facilitation, progressive engagement and communication techniques, and data-driven solutioning.
- Developed and facilitated multiple onsite and virtual strategic planning sessions, innovative design labs for STEM, digital transitioning, career and technical education learning system improvements and charter school startup.
- Developed resources and managed the implementation of a Native Education Pilot for the Office of Indian Education in four states to engage SEAs, tribes, and LEAs in strategic planning to improve Native students’ academic attainment.
